• If you do not turn up for your appointment , or cancel your appointment within 6 hours of your appointment time, no refund will be given.
• If you are a new patient please wait until your registration and first consultation have been completed before booking online.
• If you hold a GMS or DVC card you can book online without charge by entering the card number in the coupon section, however fees may apply depending on the service provided
• If you are not a patient of Taghmon General Practice, or were previously registered but have not been seen in the last 5 years, do not book online as your appointment will be cancelled
